What you will do
- Run outbound pipeline from first touch to booked meetings.
- Continuously test messaging, segments, and relevance triggers.
- Work with Sales Ops on quality scoring and stop rules.
- Feed ICP and offer feedback from real market responses.
Requirements
- Hands-on B2B outbound experience (email/LinkedIn/calls) and CRM usage.
- Data literacy: what to track and how to interpret signal vs. noise.
- Strong execution, structure, and consistent follow-up.
Nice to have
- Experience with DACH market.
- Multi-threading outbound experience.
