1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Sellexa, spol. s.r.o. ('Provider') and clients using our B2B sales, lead generation, and sales team outsourcing services.
2. Scope of Services
The Provider offers outbound cold calling, B2B lead generation, and sales team rental services. The specific scope is always specified in individual client contracts.
3. Pricing and Payment
Service prices are determined based on individual calculations and specified in the contract. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
4. Liability
The Provider is responsible for the quality of services in accordance with the contract. Liability is limited to the fee amount for the relevant period.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding confidential information obtained during the cooperation.
6. Termination
The contract may be terminated by mutual agreement or by notice with the notice period specified in the contract. Standard notice period is 30 days.
7. Final Provisions
These terms are governed by Czech law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Czech courts.
