BELLhop ("Družina v pohodě") is a digital system for schools that makes student pickup faster and safer. The client needed scalable acquisition in the Czech market without burning internal time on routine outreach. The goal was to open relevant conversations with school leadership and consistently book qualified meetings, with clear measurement and follow-ups.
Approach
We ran a structured outbound program focused on schools and key decision makers (principals, school leadership, operations). We built scripts and messaging around concrete benefits (safety, control, audit trail, time savings). Outreach was executed consistently over time, including reactivation and follow-ups, and we continuously tuned messaging based on market responses.

For many years we reached out to potential customers by phone using internal capacity. It wasn’t easy or pleasant and often complicated other work. So we decided to try Sellexa. Very quickly it became clear that a specialized company can do appointment setting much more effectively. We’re very satisfied and plan to continue in the future.
